Mind the gag

Comments Off on Mind the gag

There’s a new underground movement operating on the London… underground.

Their intentions are to raise smiles and giggles from commuters.

The rebel gagsters call themselves “Stickers on The Central line” and claim to be responsible for the beautification of the trains and stations. They have been slapping stickers over the information signs on trains, reserving spots for smelly commuters, drinkers and even a Royal seat reserved for Her Majesty the Queen’s bottom. They’ve also renamed Shepherd’s Bush station Shepherd’s Pie.

What tourists make of a stop that says go back three places is anyone’s guess.

Not surprisingly London Transport don’t find this funny.

The group invite new ideas on their website, but of course at Mulberry we take no responsibility for any new sticker ideas you may wish to contribute, so don’t shoot the messenger please London Transport.
